Can someone suggest the perfect city for me?

I'm 23 years old,vegetarian and environmentalist.Into organic and sustainable shopping,etc. I also like nightlife,restaurants and lots of sun! : ) I also prefer bigger cities and have thought of miami,L.A,san fran and denver.....
