Have Minneapolis buses stopped running due to inclement weather? If so, how often has this happened?

It's January 2009 and the weather outside is frightful in the Twin Cities. Has Metro Transit ever halted operations due to cold weather and/or heavy snow? If so, when? (And, can it get me out of work this week?)
