I'm throwing a dinner party? Someone advise me plz?

So ok I'm throwing this dinner party and it is in honor of me. It will have all my favorite foods, as well as my favorite drinks (coffee, water and beer) and also little pictures of me imprinted onto all the China. I want to know when the proper time to give my acceptance speech for being so great is? During the meal? After the main course? Post-dessert in the living room? After someone asks where their keys are?
