SD Blackouts vs PRS Tremontis?

Which guitar pickups should I get, or should I use one of each? I have a PRS SE Singlecut and I play anything from clean, chiming Chris Tomlin to Skillet and Alter Bridge. What would you recommend? Someone told me EMG 60/81 but I have heard that they do not hold tonal quality as well as these two when distorted.
