Can a warrant for my arrest be issued for unpaid fines of less than 300 dollars?

I recently got issued a speeding ticket in colorado and had to pay a fine of 205 dollars. I paid the 50 dollar fee to set up payment arrangements but have since then lost my source of income. I have already missed three of the bi weekly 30 dollar installments and I'm starting to freak out. With no source of income and no way to pay off this fine right now, i am very scared a warrant could or is already issued. Any help???
