Did I blow out my eardrum???!!!!?

Ok so last night I was at a baseball game and some drunk behind me whistled as hard as he could and it hurt my ears especially my left one which has been bothering me ever since. It's been hurting very little. Here and there it will hurt but today it feels like it's draining fluid or something cause it feels wet in my ear. Also it feels like Im having a hard time hearing out of it. Now I know drainage is a sign of a perforated eardrum but is it really possible a guy whistling could of caused it. My dad says it would take a high number of decibals for a period of time to hurt your ears. Is he right?
