Washing machine problem- i recently bought a new washer from argos i chose this one as it was delivered in 3 d

days and i coudldnt cope without one(my old one died suddenly) i did 2 washes everything fine-next day i put a load on but when i pulled washing out it was bone dry? tried again and water(lots) came gushing out of where u put the powder and flloded my kitchen-rang the company and they said theyd collect it and drop me a new one -on thursday at earliest so now i have a week at the launderette-im so mad- do u think its just tough and ill have to wait or should they be at least paying my launderette bills till it comes? uk answers only please-thanx for any advice
