What kind of countertop is mostly off white besides marble?

im looking for something that looks like off white marble but doesnt stain like marble. all the off white granite i saw has som much dark in it and i wanted to find s/t lighter. i looked at quartz but its not as shiny. if anyone knows of any colors of granite or anything that sounds like what im looking for please help me
