I had my period 2 1/2 weeks ago..and im bleeding again...it was dark brown so i think it might be implantation?

bleeding..also i feel small cramps and i have gas..is this a normal sign of pregnancy. i took a pregnancy test today and it was negative. also i feel small twinges of pain right below my . any help would be appreciated.
