What methods are there for getting online on a boat offshore?

I mean OFFSHORE. Please don't waste your time telling me about marina set ups or bluetooth via a mobile or wireless whatever. I want to be able to access the internet in the middle of the Atlantic folks. I would also appreciate exact, detailed, specific information that I can use. Telling me to get an SSB is not really helpful, especially if you are unable to back up such a suggestion with what antennae tuner to get to go with it, how to insulate my back stay or what grounding plate to use and the best place to site it in my hull.
